Ruth Anne Scheidegger - Board Chair
Ruth Anne is the founder and Chair of Angels for Animals MO. She has always had a passion for animals and knew that she could make a difference for those without a voice. Her leadership and guidance has made a difference in the lives of countless animals. She served on the board for Five Acres Animal Shelter from 2008-2019. She currently is promoting Angels for Animal MO for animals in our state. She also serves as a board member for The Child Advocacy Center in Wentzville.
Caty Beilsmith - Treasurer
Caty is a partner at WIPFLI, LLP and specializes in working with corporations and closely held businesses in construction, real estate, and healthcare industries. Her passion for understanding all aspects of her client's business introduced her to the animal world nearly 10 years ago as Treasurer for Five Acres Animal Shelter and now Angels for Animals MO. This passion coincides with a lifelong love for animals and helping them find a forever home.
Carolyn Hughes - Vice Chair
Carolyn Hughes has had a life-long love and compassion for animals and began volunteering at an animal rescue organization at the Central Missouri Humane Society, while in college at The University of Missouri-Columbia where she majored in Fashion Merchandising
and Marketing. She served on The Advisory Committee for Five Acres Animal Shelter, as well as volunteered at the shelter. Her family's four pets are all rescues and her passion has always been to work with an organization supporting animal rescue and welfare.
Jennifer Piglowski
Jennifer was raised in St. Charles County. She is a Broker Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker. While she enjoys helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs, she also found a passion in finding "furever" homes for our furry friends too! For over ten years, her real estate team donates to Five Acres Animal Shelter annually for every listing closed. She served on the Advisory Board in the past and each October, she organizes Stockin' Up for Shelter Pet Supply Drive.
Mary Banmiller
Mary Banmiller is a partner at Baker Family and Fastlane Group,
Missouri-based real estate companies specializing in convenience stores and hotels operated by Warrenton Oil Company.
Mary is an avid dog lover. While at Warrenton Oil Company, she and her sister Ann recognized the need for dog owners to have a safe, clean, and welcoming place to stop with their pets. To support travelers, they created a dog park at one of the company's sites along 1-70 in Missouri. Following its success, a second dog park was added at the truck stop in Eolia, Missouri.
Fastlane Convenience Stores has collected donations for Pals Animal Rescue for years. The program, originally started by Betty Baker, Mary's mother, and Ann Pals, continues today.

Chris is an active member of Women in Revenue and has held many advisory positions with several animal welfare, technology and business organizations, including Five Acres Animal Shelter, Angels for Animals Missouri, Deep XI, Artificial Intelligence and Alakai Capitol. She is also certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has published extensively on customer experience, sales operations, and organizational transformation. Her combination of strategic business expertise, nonprofit board experience, and genuine commitment to animal welfare maker her an ideal board member.

Missy is a senior mortgage banker of Flat Branch Homes Loans. In this role Missy is responsible for working to provide her clients and referral partners with the best loan options and long term planning to best serve the mortgage needs of her clients.
When not enjoying her time at Flat Branch, Missy loves spending time with her husband Tom and their 4 children Taylor, Tyler, Morgan and Mia and her pud Leo and Keisha. They love to travel, hike and explore our National Parks! Missy also loves to garden and can her own fresh recipes.
