At No Time to Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary (NTTSARS), we are a 501(c) (3) no-kill animal rescue dedicated to saving, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. Our mission is to provide compassionate care, medical treatment, and second chances to animals rescued from neglect, abuse, and high-kill shelters.
We envision a world where every animal is valued, protected, and loved. Through rescue efforts, community, education, and responsible pet ownership advocacy, we strive to create a more humane and compassionate society for all animals.
