Our Mission
At No Time to Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary (NTTSARS), we are a 501c 3 no-kill animal rescue dedicated to saving, rehabilitating and rehoming animals in need. Our mission is to provide compassionate care, medical treatment, and second chances to animals rescued from neglect, abuse, and high-kill shelters.
We envision a world where every animal is valued, protected, and loved. Through rescue efforts, community, education, and responsible pet ownership advocacy, we strive to create a more humane and compassionate society for all animals .
Julie Brandon
Julie Brandon has been participating in animal rescue for over 5 years. Her journey started when she found a dog in her driveway and delivered it to a local rescue. This opened her eyes to the need for resources in under served areas.
Julie rescues, fosters & networks animals for placement. She also TNR's, fundraises for rescues, covers vetting cost and provides supplies to rural rescues & animal controls.
Through her partnership with multiple local rescues, almost 1000 animals have been helped with a specific focus on animals that are sick & injured.
Julie is grateful for the support of Angels for Animals Mo. Their financial support of animals during their time of medical need is most appreciated.
